Healing

These are milestones for me on my road to recovery and a new more active life in the mountains with Philippa. Yesterday we joined friends at a local crag and I managed my first rock climb on my new "bionic knees". And today we walked up and down Mt Iron for the first time since my operations four months ago. I am deeply thankful to her for putting up with me through it all.

Now we are ready for new challenges.
