Fragile Canvas at ScienceTeller

The body of work that was made for the Fragile Canvas exhibition was the subject of a documentary film titled Delicate Canvas and it premiered at the Regent Theatre in Dunedin. The resulting 25 minute documentary was edited from 100 hours of footage by film makers Joey Bania and James Blake.

Fragile Canvas the exhibition was shown at the Otago Museum 1877 Gallery during Otago University’s ScienceTeller and I gave a talk and slide show as part of the festival programme. I hope these events give people not only a chance to see the exhibition prints which are for sale, but to also learn about the philosophy and working practice that leads to the work. Philippa and I will be present at ScienceTeller for its duration.
